I’m Mariandrea Otero, a Multimedia Designer and Animator with over 10 years of experience creating content that connects, converts, and entertains.

My journey began in Colombia, where I played professional soccer for the U17 and U20 National teams. After competing in the 2012 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, I moved to San Francisco to pursue Animation and Visual Effects at the Academy of Art University on an athletic scholarship.

Since then, I’ve built a dynamic career across illustration, graphic design, motion design, animation, and UI design & animation, collaborating with globally recognized brands. I thrive on turning ideas into dynamic visuals that perform across digital and social platforms. My process covers the full spectrum, from concept and design to animation and final polish, always with the goal of making visuals that stand out and truly resonate.

Beyond my design work, I'm building a streaming studio to launch a weekly DJ show. I'll be sharing a mix of trance music, from classic tunes and new releases to special guest sets, connecting with listeners through music.
